In 2016, Michele co-founded Reflektor: part brand consultancy, part production house, Reflektor is a nimble team of creative branding experts, with a focus on content creation.

Michele shoots reportage, travel, portrait and interiors for italian and international magazines, such as Vanity Fair, Touring Club Italiano/National Geographic Traveller, Sportweek , Home by Hearst, CasaFacile , CasaViva Thai…

Since 2006 he’s been working backstage at Pret-a-Porter and Haute Couture fashion weeks in New York, London, Milan, Paris.

From 2006 to 2014 he has been shooting fashion weeks backstage for MAC Cosmetics, producing beauty and reportage images for the season Trend Books and for Social Media live usage by MAC.
Other clients for whom Michele covered fashion weeks are Bumble&Bumble and NARS.

Michele has worked as backstage contract photographer for Style.com since 2011.

He also has been working as in-house backstage photographer for many stylists. Among others: Dolce&Gabbana, Moncler, Max Mara, Zac Posen, Roberto Cavalli,
Paul Smith, Fausto Puglisi.

Besides commercial assignments, Michele’s pictures from fashion weeks have been published by the most important international magazines (Marie Claire Int, D-la Repubblica delle Donne, Vanity Fair, Glamour USA/UK among others) in the last 8 years.

In 2012 Victoria’s Secret asked Michele to shoot behind-the-scenes images for a campaign in New York.

In the same year, Michele shot interiors and reportage images for Trussardi alla Scala in Milan.

Sephora, Lyreco, Cartier, Leo Burnett, MAC Cosmetics, LaFeltrinelli, Fondation Prince Albert II de Monaco, Piaggio Group/Motoplex, BPER Banca (2015 Campaign, 2016 Campaign ) Moleskine are just a few of the clients for whom Michele shot reportage, interiors, and commercial/corporate assignments.
